Description

Knit a Delicate Bobble Mini Shawl

Some days call for something soft and light around your shoulders, not another bulky wrap you have to fuss with. This one gives you exactly that.

New stitches like nupp and the little knot stitch are broken down with photo tutorials, so you're never left guessing what comes next. Both charts and full written instructions are included, whichever way you prefer to follow along.

Skill Level: Intermediate
Finished Size: 116 cm / 45.75 in long, 20 cm / 7.75 in wide

  • Length and width can both be adjusted using the tips included, so you're not stuck with one fixed shape
  • Two fine yarns held together give it a soft, airy drape that layers easily over almost anything
  • Photo tutorials for the nupp and little knot stitches mean the trickier texture stays approachable, not intimidating

"I was nervous about the nupp stitches at first, but the photos made it click faster than I expected."

Materials

  • Fingering or lace weight yarn, two strands held together for extra softness
  • US 6 (4.2 mm) straight needles
  • Stitch markers, tapestry needle, blocking mat and pins
